Theatre Rental

The Back Alley Theatre is a remodeled black box theater, which seats up to 45 guests. The stage is 25’ X 35’. It includes a lobby area, separate restrooms for guests and artists, a separate entrance for artists, a spacious backstage area, free parking lot after 7pm and valet parking available! The Back Alley Theatre is available to rent out for rehearsals, showcases, productions, staged readings, etc. It is also equipped with a projector for film screenings, etc.

Rates:
Weekday $20 per hour (Minimum 3-hour rehearsal) (worklights only)
($10 per hour for military veterans)
Weekend $25 per hour (Minimum 4-hour rental) ($15 for veterans)

Theatre Rentals Plus Showlights (auditions, etc.)
$30 per hour (includes light board, lights and operator; but not including light designer)
($20 per hour for military veterans)

Performances/Film Screenings:
Monday Nights--$200 per show
Thursday-Sunday nights--$250 per show
Monday—Friday matinees--$150 per show
Saturday and Sunday matinees--$200 per show

446 S LaBrea (between 4th and 6th streets)
Entrance is in the alley behind Mortise & Tenon
Free parking next to the building after 7pm
Valet Parking available anytime at 6th street and the alley.

Separate Liability Insurance is required by contracting party. All Rates include a theatre representative on location during rental times. In-house designers are available for separate rates. Schedule is according to availability of theatre.
